Italian cities - restored shaded relief maps

With this project we give new life to the old topographic maps of cities, restoring them thoroughly and enriching them with lidar and dsm data.
Encouraging a comparison between past and present and evocative visions. 

This post is dedicated to a selection of Italian maps created to date. The maps have different cartographers, different styles, and were created between the late 1800s and the mid-20th century.
