Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
Our policy applies to all customers and not just European ones, but three essential requirements must be met
  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery to inform us you want to proceed with a returns or an exchange
  • Dispatch items back within 28 days of delivery but only if you have been authorised. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and refunded
  • Request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase
Customs or personalised order cannot be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damanged, our Returns & Exchanges policy does not apply to custom orders
We always offer full refund or exchanges
Not only for damaged print, but if also you just change idea about your print and you do not like it anymore.

Restocking fees (for non-EU customers)
A restocking fee of 5% will be applied to the original product price and deducted from your refund amount. This fee helps cover the costs associated with inspecting, processing, and restocking the item in our warehouse. If you are a customer residing outside the European Union, you will be responsible for this fee unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value (as agreed upon with seller)
